PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE Prospective authors are kindly invited to send their Reply Form A by e-mail not later than September 10, 2012. The full text of the paper presented in one of the conference languages, should not exceed 10 (ten) pages and should be sent by e-mail not later than September 17, 2012. With the paper the authors have to send an abstract. The one-page abstract of the paper should contain the full title of paper, names and affiliation of authors, description of main scientific and engineering results of previously unpublished and original work on the above listed topics. The essence of the work and its originality should be underlined. The abstract should be prepared in English and sent by e-mail. Submitted papers will be reviewed by academic experts. Authors will be informed by September 30, 2012 on the acceptance of their papers. Every author can participate as main author in one presentation and as co-author - in two. Manuscripts, received after the deadline, will not be included in the program. Detailed instructions for preparation of abstracts and papers are available at http://telecom2012.hit.bg. The accepted papers will be written on the preliminary compact disks (CD) and given to the authors. The presented papers will be written on the final CDs after the conference and sent to the authors. Participants without paper should send the Reply Form A and pay the registration fee not later than October 05, 2012. CONFERENCE LANGUAGES The Conference Languages are Bulgarian and English.

Text Box: EXHIBITION During the Conference an exhibition is organized, presenting the latest technical achievements in telecommunications (software, technologies, services, etc.). Applications for participation are made by means of Form B by September 17, 2012. REGISTRATION FEES Participants with/without a paper - Euro 40 Students - Euro 20 Registration fees should be paid in Euro, net of bank charges, not later than October 10, 2012 to: UniCredit Bulbank AD Corporate Center Aksakov IBAN: BG75 UNCR 9660 1018 8624 01 BIC: UNCRBGSF CEEC, TELECOM 2012, name Participants are kindly requested to send a copy of the payment order with details of payment to the Organizing Committee, or present it upon registration. The registration fee can be paid in cash at the Office of CEEC: 108, Rakovsky Str., Sofia 1000. By way of exception the Registration Fee may be paid upon arrival at the Conference site in cash (Euro 45). The Registration fee includes admission to all Conference events, a set of Conference materials (program, abstracts, CD with papers etc.) and cocktail. REGISTRATION The Registration desk at the National Science and Technical Centre, 108 Rakovsky St. – Sofia will be opened on: October 18, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. October 19, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m.
